DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?
Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days. Europe: 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment.

How much does delivery cost?
France: €4.90. Europe: €9.90. Free delivery for purchases over €80 in France and over €120 in Europe.

Do you deliver outside Europe?
Not at the moment. We are focusing on France and Europe before expanding.

PRODUCTS

What is German Contact latex?
It's the latex used by high-end professional brands. Made in Germany, it offers the best grip on the market. It's the same type of latex you'd find on gloves costing €80-120.

What's the difference between ZERO and WALL?
The ZERO is more fitted (negative cut) with a bandage closure — a pure match glove. The WALL adds protection (embossed neoprene, hybrid cut, dual strap) — for keepers who face heavy shots.

Why is the GRIP cheaper?
The GRIP uses Mega Grip latex (3mm instead of 4mm German Contact) and materials designed for durability rather than maximum grip. It's a training glove — it's made to last, not for show.

When should I use the DENY AQUA?
As soon as your pitch is wet: rain, dew, watered artificial turf. Aqua latex is formulated to grip on wet surfaces — where classic latex loses grip.

SIZES

How do I choose my size?
Measure the circumference of your hand at the knuckles (without the thumb) with a flexible tape measure. Consult our Glove Guide for size correspondence.

Between two sizes, which one should I choose?
Always go for the larger size. A slightly loose glove is preferable to a glove that is too tight. Your fingers should never touch the end of the glove.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my gloves?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return your gloves if they have not been used (no traces of grass or dirt on the latex). Contact us at contact@denygloves.com.

I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?
Email us at contact@denygloves.com with your order number. We will arrange the exchange quickly.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed by Shopify Payments (Stripe) with SSL encryption.

MAINTENANCE

How do I wash my gloves?
Rinse them with lukewarm water after each match. No harsh soap, no washing machine. Let them air dry flat, in the shade. Consult our Glove Guide for details.

How long do goalkeeper gloves last?
On average 10-15 matches for a match glove with Contact latex, depending on intensity of use and playing surfaces. A training glove (DENY GRIP) lasts longer thanks to its reinforced latex.
